"Thoughts to give birth to principles"
Violence is the use of intense physical force that always results to a negative outcome.

Violence is one of the many negative acts that have been glamorised by today's media, which in turn allows many individuals to forget the devastating effects violence has on the people it embraces.

However it has been pointed out by many individuals that to be violent is sometimes necessary when defending yourself or your loved ones. The truth is violence within a human being has a lot to do with the principles that govern his/her life. For instance a man that generally has no self-control will on a good day be aggressive, foul mouthed and generally inconsiderate to others. While a man that is disciplined will on a good day be polite, considerate, and be willing to avoid provoking people around him.

Fact: 8 out of 10 violent situations could have easily been avoided. The explanation for the above statement is simple. 8 out of 10 people are able to predict a violent situation at least 5minutes before it happens, for example the average man by sheer reflex is able to sense his neighbour is on the verge of getting violent through the neighbours voice tone, eyes, body language and use of words. A more analytical person is even able to predict a neighbour's tendency to be violent by looking at his/her approach to simple things or through subtle body and vocal gestures.  But despite the average person's ability to sense the violence in a neighbour long before it erupts, in many cases people disregard this ability because of their pride, indiscipline, or general lack of self-control.

Violence should always be avoided so much so if a person is being attacked his/her first instinct should be to run no matter how strong he/she may be. Self-defence through violent means should only be utilised when there is absolutely no time or room to run or call the police.

This is free advice, do what you want with it.
